Directions: Loading Phase (Day 1 thru 5):
As a dietary supplement, take 8 capsules 4 times daily (body weight less than 195 lbs), 8 capsules 5 times daily (195-225 lbs), or 8 capsules 6 times daily (225+).

Maintenance (Day 6 and beyond):
Maintain 8-16 capsules daily (all body weights).

While using a creatine supplement, be sure to consume ample amounts of water (daily 120 oz. a day) to avoid dehydration.
