Directions: Methyl Lean: For Hardcore Fat Loss: As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules with at least 8 ounces of water approximately one hour before bed. Day 4 to 6 take 2 rapid gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 2 rapid gels 6 hours later.
